You've watched a hundred YouTube videos. You still don't have a job.

Other courses give a certificate. We give you real work.

8 weeks, 1 hour a day. We give you a real business to work on, so at the end you have ads you actually ran, a report you made, and work you can show in any interview.

Next batch starts 15 November 2026. Applications close 12 November 2026.

Here's who got a job

Named, with their real employers and profiles. Message them and ask, before you pay us anything.

Gurpal Singh at Meta Agency Day

“I learnt marketing, not just marketing tools.”

“Most courses show you where the buttons are in Google Ads and Meta. Here I learnt why a campaign works. The strategy behind it, and the whole marketing picture, not only the digital part.”

“The way it was taught made the difference. The interview preparation was the real thing. I walked in knowing what I was talking about.”

We won't show you a wall of fifty testimonials you can't check. Three people, with real names and workplaces, who you can message today, are worth more.

Courses teach you tools. Nobody gets hired for knowing tools.

They show you where the buttons are, then the interviewer asks what you've run. We give you one real business, and every week you make something real for it.

Every week, you make something

Not a lesson you finish: a real thing, used by the business we assign you, that you can show anyone. 40 hours of live teaching in all. Open any week to see what it covers.

Week 0We give you a real businessYou don't have to find a client. We arrange one.
  • We work with real businesses: clinics, salons, gyms, shops and small startups
  • Each student is given one of them to work on for all 8 weeks
  • You get real access: their page, their profile, their actual customers
  • Already have your own business or a family shop? You can use that instead
  • Create your Google and Meta accounts, so week 1 isn't spent on setup

This is the part most courses skip. Without a real business, everything you build is pretend.

Week 1Client auditYou will have: Audit document
  • Pick your business and get access to what they already have
  • Check their Google Business Profile, website and social pages
  • Find out who their customers actually are, not who they think they are
  • Look at what their competitors are doing better
  • Write it up as a proper audit document a client would pay for
Week 2Run real Facebook and Instagram adsYou will have: Live campaign
  • Set up Business Manager and the ad account correctly
  • Install the Meta pixel and check it is firing
  • Choose the right campaign objective (most people get this wrong)
  • Build audiences: interest, lookalike and retargeting
  • Write 3 different ad versions and test them against each other
  • Read the numbers daily and decide what to switch off
  • Understand cost per lead and what a good number looks like
Week 3Google ads, plus every other platformYou will have: Live campaign
  • How search ads are different from social ads
  • Keyword research and match types
  • Write ads that get clicked
  • Negative keywords, and why they save your budget
  • Set up conversion tracking properly
  • LinkedIn ads: when B2B clients are worth the higher cost
  • YouTube ads: what they cost and when video is worth it
  • Snapchat and Pinterest: an honest answer on when they're worth your client's money
  • How to pick the right platform for a business instead of using all of them
  • What programmatic buying actually is, in plain words
  • Inside DV360 and The Trade Desk: a live walkthrough by someone who uses them at work
  • How a DSP, an exchange and a DMP fit together, and where your Meta and Google skills sit
Week 4Build a page that gets leadsYou will have: Live landing page
  • Why your ad clicks are wasted without a good page
  • The 5 parts every landing page needs
  • Write a headline that matches your ad
  • Build it with a free tool, no coding
  • Form design: why fewer fields means more leads
  • Test 2 versions and see which one wins
Week 5Track and show your numbersYou will have: Live dashboard
  • Set up Google Analytics 4 from zero
  • Create events for form fills, calls and WhatsApp clicks
  • Connect GA4 to your ad accounts
  • Build a Looker Studio dashboard your client can read alone
  • Which numbers matter and which ones are noise
  • Present the numbers without confusing the client
Week 6Automation: make the boring work disappearYou will have: Working automation script
  • What Python is, in plain words, in 20 minutes
  • Set up your computer (we do this together, step by step)
  • Connect to the GA4 and Meta APIs
  • Take a ready script and change it for your own numbers
  • Make the report send itself every Monday, with no one touching it
  • Post the same content to several platforms at once
  • Use AI tools to speed up ad copy, captions and reporting
  • Yes, this is real code. No, you don't need to be a coder
Week 7What happens after someone fills the formYou will have: Live CRM setup
  • Why most leads are lost after the form, not before
  • How fast is fast enough to reply
  • Who owns the lead, and what happens if nobody calls
  • Set up follow-up messages that go out automatically
  • WhatsApp rules every marketer should know: the 24-hour window, templates, opt-outs
  • Almost no fresher knows this part. Agencies notice when you do
Week 8Your portfolio and a real interviewYou will have: Portfolio site
  • Put all 7 weeks of work on one page
  • How to talk about a campaign that didn't work
  • Prepare answers to the questions you'll actually be asked
  • A practice interview with someone who really hires people
  • Written feedback on how you did
  • We introduce you to people we know

How a week runs: Monday to Thursday, we teach live for an hour. On Friday, we go through students' real work in front of everyone, mistakes included. You learn more from seeing someone else's mistakes than from any lecture.

Should you apply?

Yes, if

  • You're 22 to 27 and want a marketing job
  • You can really give 1 hour a day for 8 weeks
  • You want to work on a real business, not practice exercises
  • You'll do the work between classes, not only during them
  • You're fine with your work being reviewed in front of others

No, if

  • You only want videos to watch later
  • You only want a certificate for LinkedIn
  • You want a job guarantee on paper
  • You want to learn every tool that exists
  • You already run ads for a living

Six reasons this is different

40 hours live, no recorded lecturesYou're in the room with us every weekday, for 8 weeks.
Taught by people still doing the workNot full-time trainers. We run campaigns and build software for real clients today.
We give you the businessNo hunting for a client. A real business with real customers, from day one.
20 seats, so your work gets checkedWe review every student in front of the class, twice. That's impossible with 100 students.
We teach what happens after the leadReply times, ownership, follow-up, WhatsApp rules. Almost no other course covers it.
A real introduction, from a real personNot a "placement cell". We message people we know, with your work attached.

What it costs

₹7,999

or ₹4,000 twice: once now, once after week 4.

  • 40 live classes, not recorded videos
  • Your work reviewed in front of the class, twice
  • A practice interview with someone who hires
  • Introductions to people we know

The ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 of ad money is separate. You spend it on your client's ads, not on us.

3 seats are free

In every batch, 3 of the 20 seats go to people who can't pay. Not a discount, not a scholarship with conditions. Free.

Apply the same way as everyone else, and tell us your situation honestly in the last question. Free-seat applications close 11 October 2026. Nobody in the batch knows who paid and who didn't.

This part of Heroshhi isn't a business. Someone gave us a chance when we were starting out, and we'd rather do the same than just talk about it.

Straight answers

Will I definitely get a job?

No, and anyone who promises that is lying. Nobody controls what happens inside your interview. What we control: you walk in with campaigns you actually ran, and we personally message people we know with your work attached. Gurpal is at WPP Media today; his LinkedIn is on this page. Ask him what made the difference.

Do you teach DV360 and The Trade Desk?

We show you inside them, in a live walkthrough by someone who uses them at an agency, so you understand programmatic buying and can talk about it properly. We won't pretend you'll master them: nobody gives a fresher their own seat, so any course selling "programmatic expert" is showing you screenshots. Saying honestly that you've seen them, rather than run them, beats faking it.

Do I need to find my own client?

No, we arrange one: a clinic, salon, gym, shop or small startup, for the full 8 weeks. If you have your own business or a family shop, you can use that instead.

I'm scared of the Python week

Everyone is, and it's also the week people are proudest of. You're not becoming a coder: you take a ready script and change it for your own numbers. Saying "my reports run themselves" in an interview sets you apart from every other fresher.

Are classes recorded?

Yes, but only for when you miss one. If you plan to watch videos instead of joining live, a cheaper recorded course will suit you better.

Is this connected to Heroshhi the product?

Yes. We built Heroshhi, and week 7 uses it to teach lead follow-up. But we're not selling it to you: Heroshhi's customers are clinics and schools, not job seekers. This course exists because we wanted to teach.
