Why we add nothing to Meta's charges
Meta charges about ₹0.14 for a utility message and about ₹1 for a marketing message. Many platforms bill two to five times that and call the difference a platform fee.
On Heroshhi, the API runs on your own WhatsApp Business account and Meta bills you directly, so we never sit between you and the invoice. Meta publishes its rates: compare them with what you pay, and they match.

Is WhatsApp really free? What's the catch?
The ₹899 platform fee is waived for the first 500 Founding accounts until 31 December 2026. The one cost that's never free, for anyone on any platform, is Meta's own per-message charge, billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business account at its published rates. We add nothing. From January, WhatsApp Pro is ₹899 a month, and we'll tell you a month before.
Is the CRM really free forever?
Yes. No trial, no feature limits, no card. Unlimited leads and team, ownership, follow-up tracking, appointments, reports and the API. We earn from WhatsApp Pro and AI credits, not from locking the CRM.
How do I get WhatsApp switched on?
Create your free account, then follow the WhatsApp setup inside it, or set it up together with us on a short screen-share call. You need a phone number that isn't on the WhatsApp app (a new SIM is fine) and your Facebook login. Meta's own checks on your business can take a day or two.
How do AI credits work?
You only pay for what the AI uses. Each reply uses tokens, usually 800 to 1,500. Buy a pack in the dashboard and it lasts until it's used up, with no expiry and no monthly minimum. If the AI is switched off, you pay nothing.
Any limits on team members or leads?
None, on any plan. Add the whole team and import every lead. No per-seat pricing.
Can I cancel WhatsApp Pro later?
Any time, with no contract. The CRM and all your data stay on the free plan. You only lose WhatsApp messaging and the AI.
